Return Policy / Warranty / Shipping
In order to start a return request, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, the product(s) that need returned and the reason for return. Items should be returned unopened and in original packaging to qualify for a full refund. Refunds will be provided on product only and do not include shipping charges.
It is recommended that returns be shipped in a method that will allow the package to be tracked while in transit. Please remember that all returns shipped to True Tattoo Supply are the customer’s responsibility until they have been received at True Tattoo Supply.
If the wrong product was ordered, simply return your product for a refund and place a new order, and we will get it shipped to you as quickly as possible. Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the return is a result of receiving an incorrect or defective product. If that’s the case, we will send you a UPS label to cover the return and will send a replacement right away.

Shipping may be delayed due to inclement weather, closures, etc. UPS handles all True Tattoo deliveries, and once packages leave our warehouse, they are the responsible party.
All orders are shipped based on weight, and UPS provides real time rates for shipping. True Tattoo Supply does not set the shipping price.
